Refunds and Workshop Cancellations

The following policy applies to registrations for live workshops and instructor-led training programs, unless a different policy is stated on the registration page.

A full refund, less a $35 USD processing fee, will be issued if a written refund request is received at least 30 days before the first day of the workshop.
Refunds are not available for cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the workshop begins.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another workshop at no additional cost, provided you notify us before the workshop begins.
No refunds will be issued after a registration has been transferred to another workshop.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for participants who fail to provide advance notice that they will not be attending.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be notified by email. If no suitable alternative is available, participants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.

Refund policies for self-paced courses, memberships, coaching programs, or other digital products may differ and will be stated on the applicable sales page.

Course Access

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the course, workshop, membership, or digital product described on the applicable sales page.

Access periods vary by product. Some products include lifetime access, while others provide access for a limited period.

We reserve the right to update, improve, replace, or discontinue course materials as necessary to maintain the quality of our educational offerings.

Intellectual Property
